Prior to joining FWCM-UK, Povilas was an Analyst in the Natural Resources M&A team at Deutsche Bank in London, where he worked on a number of cross-border European energy transactions including a €4.4bn asset swap between Statkraft and E.ON in relation to Statkraft’s 44.6% shareholding in E.ON Sverige, E.ON’s €722m acquisition of Energi E2 Renovables Ibéricas from DONG Energy and a €1.2bn Greek Energy JV between Endesa and Mytilineos. Povilas holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Economics from London School of Economics. |
