JK (Jui Kian) Lim
Head of Asia Environment Group
JK has 14 years of experience in the environment & infrastructure sector in Asia. He covered construction companies and toll roads with Morgan Grenfell Securities in Singapore and Peregrine Research in Malaysia before joining Veolia Environnement in 1998. As Associate Director for Project Finance at Veolia Water, he focused on development and financing of water projects primarily in Korea and Japan and, has successfully concluded key transactions in Korea amounting to over US$700mm. In 2006, he joined JPMorgan to cover the Asian environment & infrastructure sector, working closely with developers and investors. JK has been involved in various water related transactions ranging from acquisitions, join-ventures, privatizations, debt financings, re-financings, equity raisings and restructurings across the Asia Pacific region. He is a Chevening Scholar and a graduate of the Queen’s University of Belfast and London School of Economics. He is presently based in Hong Kong but has lived in Japan, Korea, Singapore and Malaysia. |
